FIVE (5) YEAR STRUCTURAL WARRANTY

Terms and Conditions

1. The merchandise purchased will have a warranty against defective workmanship pertaining to the structure only. The materials used in covering the structure such as Fabric, Leather, Vinyl, other Cover, or Foam Filling are guaranteed by the supplier of the material. Sundown will only act in accordance with their instructions should a complaint arise.

2. The warranty given by Sundown Furniture shall only apply to the original purchaser from an authorised seller of Sundown Furniture Products. It is not transferable or assignable. The commencing date of this warranty is 30 days before the date written on the white label, you will find this label under a chair seat, at the back of a unit or on a table frame.

3. The furniture must be cared for, cleaned and or maintained in accordance with the care and maintenance instructions provided in order for this warranty to apply.

4. This warranty will not apply where the furniture has been damaged by misuse, negligence, or where in the companies opinion is worn by excessive, wear and tear.

5. In the event that the furniture is returned to the factory to effect repairs or replacement, all transport charges shall be borne by the purchaser, unless determined by Sundown in writing to the contrary.

6. TO OBTAIN SERVICE UNDER THIS WARRANTY, INITIAL CONTACT SHOULD BE MADE WITH YOUR RETAILER. Your retailer would need the information on the label that is attached to the back of a unit, under a chair seat or on the table frame of a table.

7. This warranty applies to furniture for domestic use, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Sundown Furniture.

8. "WARNING". It is important that lights fitted in WALL UNITS are not used for illuminating and should not exceed SIX HOURS of continuous use.
